1. No Returns or Exchanges (Except As Stated Below)
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse** (size, color, or style preferences).
- Custom/personalized orders** (made-to-order items).
- Final sale items** (clearly marked in product descriptions).
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items*
If your order arrives with issues:
1. Contact us within 48 hours* of delivery via Etsy Messages.
2. Provide:
- Order number*
- Clear photos/video** of the issue
3. We will:
- Send a *free replacement* (if available).
- Issue a *full refund* (if a replacement isn’t possible).
*Note: We reserve the right to request return of defective items before issuing a refund/replacement.*
3. Lost or Stolen Packages*
- Once an order is shipped, *Shokafy is not responsible* for:
- Lost, stolen, or misbelieved packages (due to carrier error).
- Delays caused by customs (international orders).
- Buyers must **file a claim with the shipping carrier** (we’ll provide tracking details).
4. Cancellations**
- Order cancellations* are only accepted if requested *within 1 hour of purchase*.
- Custom orders cannot be canceled* once production begins.
5. EU & UK Consumer Rights**
- EU Buyers*: Under EU law, you have *14 days** to return an item *only if it is unused and in original condition*. Buyer pays return shipping.
- UK Buyers*: The Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles you to a refund/replacement if an item is *faulty, damaged, or not as described*.
6. Policy Exceptions*
- No exceptions** will be made outside these terms.
- By purchasing from *Shokafy*, you agree to these policies.
