At Shokafy, we understand that sometimes plans change. However, as a small business specializing in handmade and custom items, we have strict cancellation guidelines to ensure fairness and operational efficiency.  

1. Standard Orders (Ready-to-Ship Items)

  • Cancellation Requests must be made:  
  • Within 1 hour of purchase* (before processing/shipping begins)  
  • Via Etsy Messages (include order number)  

�� After 1 hour:

  • Orders already in production or packed cannot be canceled 
  • Refunds will only be issued if we’re unable to fulfill the order  

2. Custom/Personalized Orders

  • STRICTLY NON-CANCELLABLE once:  
  • You approve the design proof  
  • We begin production (typically within 3-6 hours of order placement)

3. Digital Downloads  

⚡ Instant download items cannot be canceled/refunded per Etsy’s digital policy  

4. How to Request Cancellation  

1. Contact us via *Etsy Messages* immediately  

2. Include:  

  • Order number  
  • Reason for cancellation  

3. We’ll respond within *12 hours* (faster response during business hours)  

5. If We Cancel Your Order**  

In rare cases, we may cancel if:  

  • Item is out of stock  
  • Payment issues occur  
  • Suspicious activity is detected  

You’ll receive:

�� Optional coupon for future purchase  

6. Processing Time

  • Refunds take *3-7 business days* to appear in your account  
  • Etsy Payments/PayPal may require additional processing time
